Sofia Carrêlo Guerra joined Franco Zibaia in 2024.
Sofia obtained her law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon in 2024 and completed a postgraduate course in Public Procurement from the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra (2025).
At Franco Zibaia, she has been developing her practice mainly in the areas of Administrative Law, with a special focus on public procurement matters. She advises both contracting authorities and bidders in public procurement procedures, as well as in contractual performance issues, including as a secondee.
Sofia has also been involved in Administrative and Civil Litigation and carries out legal analyses across various areas. She is also involved in other projects involving Public Law, including legal drafting and contributing to the design and preparation of legislative projects.
Registered as a lawyer at the Portuguese Bar Association since 2026.
